Careful observers can begin seeing leadership aptitude as early as ages 2 and 3. That's right, when children begin socializing, those with strong organizational gifting start emerging. Like LeadNow (ages 10-13) and LeadWell (ages 14-18), KiddieLead is based on 16 core leader qualities. Unlike the preteen and teen programs, these do NOT require training certification and ARE recommended for all children. By adapting playtime activities to fit team-oriented, leader-led training methods, you can identify early bloomers and help all children understand the social process called leadership and being led by peers.
Each of the four KiddieLead module kits will consist of four storybooks, posters, concept cards, lanyards, and an Activities Training Manual (ATM). Other items can be purchased separately. The Green Module Kit will be available after June 15, 2013. These are perfect resources for educators and parents to use for ages 2-5.
